You may not assign or delegate any rights or obligations under the Terms of Service or Privacy Policy without EMF prior written consent, and any unauthorized assignment and delegation by you are void.
These Terms of Use are construed as per the applicable laws in India. All disputes shall be ruled by the courts of the city of Lucknow, India.
